7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened cosmetic and skincare products.
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless damaged).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with pictures of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
